After the IEP Is Written

• Services are provided. This includes all programs, supplemental aids, services, program modifications, and accommodations.

• Progress is measured and reported to parents. Parents are informed of progress toward IEP goals during the year, and an annual IEP review meeting is required.

• Students are reevaluated at least once every three years (triennial evaluation), unless the parent and the local educational agency agree that a reevaluation is unnecessary.
