Ocular lymphoma can be extraordinarily difficult to diagnose because the clinical features are nonspecific and it often occurs without associated systemic symptoms and signs. Ocular involvement with Hodgkin's disease is unusual and can include iritis, chorioretinitis, and retinal vasculitis with an accompanying vitritis. Non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma can also affect the eye with systemic or isolated CNS disease. Vitritis is the most common manifestation of a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, followed by retinal lesions and anterior uveitis (14). Lymphoma of the head and neck is discussed in detail in Chapter 17.
