Form a fulcrum either under the foot with the thumb or on the dorsum with the fingertips of the proximal hand. Apply traction, compression, abduction, adduction or circumduction to the third, fourth or fifth metatarsals with the distal hand. This will articulate the lateral cuneiform, cuboid and some of the mid tarsal joints.
Tips: Least useful with large feet as the reach may be a problem.
