Articulation into internal rotation supine

Interlock your arms and hold over the knee to avoid straining it. Apply a rhythmic internal rotation movement to the hip as you vary the range of flexion and abduction/adduction according to the needs of the case.

Tips: Most useful where strong mobilizing is required. Least useful in cases of extreme movement limitation as the position may not be attainable. This hold may be unacceptable in cases of severe knee disorders as the strain may be
