Parts of the body, such as the genitalia, are also physically hypersensitive. Touch is felt acutely, and there may be an urge to keep the legs or fingers apart to avoid skin-to-skin contact. Absent-mindedness and hypochondria may accompany this state. Symptoms better For warmth; for being in fresh air; for rest.

Symptoms worse For touch; for movement; for cold air.
