Even if you're thrilled at being pregnant, you probably have extra emotional stress in your life right now. You may worry about whether your baby will be healthy and how you'll adjust to motherhood. You may also have concerns about the increased financial demands of raising a child. If you work outside the home, you may worry about being able to sustain your productivity throughout pregnancy, especially if your work is very demanding. Don't berate yourself for feeling this way.
