Conjunctivitis, anterior uveitis, episcleritis, scleritis, and retinal vasculitis may be accompanied by eye pain, redness, photophobia, or reduced visual acuity. The ophthalmological findings of IK may be relatively mild and evanescent and may consist of faint, peripheral, subepithelial corneal infiltrates.
