1 I The stance is walk standing.

^^ Support the part with the other hand so that the muscle is relaxed. Figure 6.5 Shaking

Grasp the muscle, usually towards its distal end. Lift it between the thumb and fingers, being careful not to pinch.

Shake the muscle gently from side to side. As the muscle relaxes, a greater degree of movement will be possible.
